Sharing this here as it appears all the *true* and negative reviews are on Yelp. You would really expect anyone working at a veterinarian office to compassionate, correct? Don't expect to find it here. Right after we get disturbing news about our elderly dog (very disturbing prices as well- guess that's how you treat clients when there's little to no other options), and trying to further understand our outrageous bill, Desiree at the front decides that she has a right to catch an attitude? AND ROLL HER EYES?!?!?! I definitely encourage everyone to check out Yelp reviews instead of Google- they seem much more accurate. *Edited to add* the doctor also thinks that scolding and making you feel bad about not bringing your pet in earlier is an acceptable method. Even though we have tried since moving in August?? So overall, screw VCA!

I had called around a few places to take my dog in and a very nice young lady gave me great information and was very polite and helpful with all my questions. Glad too see you have great customer service at your front desk. Thank you Desiree!

would give them 5 stars because the doctors were very helpful and polite but the girl in the front desk I believe her name is Desiree has the worst attitude and stank face when you ask her for anything. Definitely needs to look for another job cause it looks like she doesn’t enjoy this one .

I adopted a Chihuahua from an Animal Shelter in Albuquerque, NM. I took her to VCA Arrighetti Animal Hospital just to make sure my new fur baby was ok. The moment you walk in, everyone was super nice and very helpful. I saw an assistant and then the Dr. Everyone was so professional. Since this was my first time at the office with my PheeBee, they gave me a gift bag with her with a bunch of goodies. And her visit was free. An amazing Veterinarian Service!!!

The front desk gals and Vets were extremely knowledgeable, professional and so friendly and sincere. We are so appreciative for them scheduling us in.

Amazing , best vet, they really care about animals dr armenderiv was amazing ( sorry for misspelling) their priority is animal health not ripping you off money . Best vet Thank you so much to the nurses and doctors and everyone who works there
