Can I leave six stars? I had a phenomenal experience. The staff was extremely helpful, took amazing care of my cat (who was in dire need), and kept me updated at every step. It's extremely stressful to have an animal that needs emergency care, and they did everything in their power to make it less stressful as well as provide excellent care for my little guy. Was it expensive? Yes - ERs are expensive Was it worth it? Also yes!!!

First off I want to say thank you to the team at Premier Veterinary Group. My dog 8 year old Shih Tzu Spooky had an accident yesterday 11/11/2023 he broke his nail and was bleeding profusely. My wife called several places and they referred us here, the girl that answered the phone was nice, calm and very understanding! As soon as we walked in they took him in as he was bleeding a lot. After that they took us into a room and waited. The veterinarian came in after maybe a 15 minute wait and explained to us what was going on. She was so patient and answered all of our questions! Also to the girl that gave us step by step care thank you as well you were so kind! We had many questions and concerns as our dog is on the older side. But today 11/12/2023 he is in better spirits. This was our first time ever in my dogs 8 years that we had to take him to an emergency clinic but the space was so calm and relaxing it helps a lot! Once again thank you team!!! We appreciate all your hard work.

We brought our 7 months old cat with after she got exposed to lilies (they were in the office and she decided to sniff the flowers, some of them were lilies). We were not sure if she ate them or bit so we decided to not hesitate and take her to our vet. Then we were redirected to the premier veterinary group since it was recommended to have 24-48h observation in case the toxin spreads. It wasn’t the cheapest service, around $2.8k for 48 hours of hospitalization. But we got updates on our cat twice a day. Doctors and staff were friendly. The price is fair for the emergency vet. But it's better to have insurance ($40/mo) that might cover most of the expenses. Our experience 5/5

Emergency vet: was able to get my cat in for treatment over Labor Day weekend when all other vets were closed. She was stable, we arrived late morning, and they were very busy (11 animals came in at once), so we did wait a few hours, understandably so. When we were seen, the doctors respected and listened to my experiences and concerns and worked with me on a treatment plan. Ultrasound: my other cat required an ultrasounds and their appointment process was very simple compared to competitors. I appreciate that reception was able to give me clear directions, price estimates, and scheduling options. I was able to get him in very quickly and the report was discussed with my primary shortly after. I have booked another appointment for an Internal Medicine consultation (one doctor means it is about a month and a half out) and have confidence continuing to work with their team.

My healthy 9 year old dog collapsed in our yard. After a visit to our vet, I rushed him to Premier Vet Group where Dr Jankovits, Dr Ritchie and staff had everything ready for emergency surgery. I was presented with a bill showing low and high ends requiring to pay before procedure begins. I didn’t hesitate because my dog’s tumor had burst. I cried for many reasons and thought about the families who cannot pay and have to make the decision to euthanize because they don’t have pet insurance. Please pet owners, try to get insurance. It was a big peace of mind knowing I had the insurance. It was a very costly surgery, but the care my dog received was top notch. I’m waiting to get pathology results but know it could be very bad. I’m grateful my dog made it through surgery and is home recovering thanks to the excellent staff at Premier. Parking was easy. Facility was spotless. Front desk staff was so compassionate. They followed up with phone calls and check ins. Thank you 10/10

We brought our sick dog in on a Wednesday evening at 9pm. We were seen within minutes. The nurse was amazing and the doctor came in and described her treatment plan. This was obviously an unexpected event and cost for us. I am thankful for the talented and dedicated staff who were kind and caring during our stay. I hope I never have to take my pup to an emergency room again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to take her to Premiere.
