I used them while living in the area with my cat and they did a fabulous job. I think my cat preferred them at times as opposed to me! lol. They took exceptional care of here and the fact that they come to you was wonderful. Would highly recommend.

I have held off on making this review for quite some time however it is necessary. Like other reviews, I agree they upsell a lot and you leave spending more than you were originally told. My main concern is the gross mistreatment one of my dog’s was subjected to. My GSD used to love going to the vet until his last visit. We got checked in like normal however they dragged him to the back behind closed doors leaving us completely separated. My GSD was crying and screaming for me, I looked through the window of the room I was in to see they had chained him to the side of a massive steel table while several vet techs swarmed him while attempting to shove a too-small muzzle on him. He has never shown any aggression or need for such a device. He was rightly panicked when they shoved the muzzle only on his lower jaw. Dr. G concluded they couldn’t work with him. They reunited us in the room and he was terrified. They had missed several times trying to draw blood in the height of the hysteria so he was leaving bloody paw prints on the floor. After several minutes of calming him down and having all but 1 tech leave the room we were able to complete his shots. Here we are a year later and my GSD has severe trauma and anxiety being at the vet when he once used to love it. Before trying to place any device on a pet, first and foremost ask the owner for consent and if they have had experience with those devices. Secondly, don’t abuse one’s pet behind closed doors just because you think the owner won’t see. I used to love bringing my dogs here until the last experience. I hope things have improved or will improve in the future to avoid negative experiences and consequences like these playing out.

If you need a good (especially in Raleigh) veterinarian and genuinely caring, experienced staff, look no further. Stellar team who are all very kind every single visit. This animal hospital is able to execute a very low stress and positive experience for myself and my pets, and all of it done efficiently at the same time!

They are AMAZING!! I have taken my dog here for 3 years and recently had to bring my boyfriends dog in for a sock she ingested. They have always been the most caring, compassionate, and educated vet practice. I intend to be a life-long customer.

Ravikanth Annam, D.V.M. Examined my dog, charged $550 for requested x-rays, He also wanted to do $125 in blood tests which I declined. Ravikanth Annam then misdiagnosed her. He sent her home with Gabapentin and Trazadone, which I kept her on for a week. When she did not improve, he referred her to another facility. He basically walked away from treating her. So I took her to a different Vet, who looked at the same x-rays, the ones Ravikanth Annam took, and immediately saw she had injured her spine. This Vet put her on muscle relaxers and an anti inflammatory and a week later she's much better. No way would I EVER trust Ravikanth Annam with ANY pet. He MISDIAGNOSED her!!!!
