My baby has been going to VCA since she was 12 weeks. She is terrified of other humans and has to be slightly sedated at her visits. Dr. Musgraves along with the technicians, assistants, and front desk staff have been so amazing with her and she is now 3y old. I live over an hour away from Raleigh and my other dogs see a vet closer to my home but because VCA has been soooo amazing with my “quirky” girl, I make the drive and will continue to do so just for her. They know EXACTLY what to do to make her feel ok which is what makes me feel good. Thank you all at VCA for making my life easier by keeping Eggo healthy and safe during her visits. 🫶🏼

They took excellent care of my kitty for years. Now she's gone at 21 and they're taking excellent care of my new doggie. Everyone there is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I assume the prices are okay but I've never used anyone else and I never will.

Really nice and friendly staff here. I take my dog for their grooming services with CeeCee. We will always follow her wherever she goes as she is just that wonderful! My dog and I both love CeeCee. He goes in looking rough and raggedy but ALWAYS comes out looking just as handsome as ever! And he knows it! 😊

We take our dogs Diesel and Dixie here all the time. We travel alot, so they've become regulars. Always friendly staff and the dogs always seem to be well taken care of. We definitely appreciate them taking the dogs on very short notice these last couple of times.

We have been a customer since January 2024 and VCA Durant and Dr. Kristine Musgrave alongside her techs (we’ve mostly worked with Becca) and are so HAPPY and GRATEFUL! We have an adopted rescue dog with many medical issues that we have to coordinate with Dr. Musgrave to juggle Cushing’s Disease, Dermatology consults with Carolina Veterinary Derm Clinic (now in Raleigh), Cardiology (CVCA), and so far so good but we do pain management for Lumbralsacral disease but orthopedic vet is in ready standby when we need it in the future. Peyton and Bianca are always out front welcoming us and helping making us appointments or coordinate Rx’s for our dog. Dr. Musgrave isn’t afraid to consult NC State Vet Experts on more than complicated matters. We had a URGENT care matter that happened suddenly with lethargic behavior of our dog because of his Cushing’s Disease. We are able to take him to Dr. Musgrave that same day on a Saturday late morning to get him looked at and tested. Ultra sound is on site, and they can do emergent blood lab tests and they have their X-ray machine. VCA Durant is handling our special dog with UTMOST CARE and ATTENTION! WE TRUST the entire team that’s MORE like FAMILY at VCA Durant! Thank you Everyone (and Tom too!)

Dr. Musgrave is outstanding in her field. Her care for our pups has been exceptional and we are so happy to have her as our Vet. You will NOT find anyone better than her!
