Very small place, could use more space for animals contained there. Does have a decent supply of fish foods and medicines that I've needed. On top of that I've always had a pet hamster and every hamster I've gotten from this store has been handled/pet on a regular basis by the owners as well as customers. I have had 3 hamsters from this store and never a mean one! Very mild temperament and easy to train to be handled.

I don’t know what we would do without this store! Nathan carries most things you might need in a pinch, we purchase crickets every few weeks and are pleased with being able to get different sizes. We have purchased a butterfly koi to live in our pond outside, it survived the winter and is back to thriving. Purchased inside aquarium fish, we got two platies and two small red fish, still alive over a year later when ive had some casualties from big box pet stores. We got our bird, cricket from here hes been awesome, weve also gotten two baby guinea pigs, both still alive 18 months later. I have zero fear of buying a sick animal ( i have seen him get a sick lizard and he nursed it back to health before selling), his prices on small pets are cheaper than most places because he breeds in house, very smart. Theres always lots of pet choices here so it does smell like pets but each cage/tank is kept fairly clean!

If I could put a zero star rating I would. These animals need help. This place is absolutely disgusting and i am horrified at the sight of how these animals are being treated and cared for. Some are very sick some are not even for sale because they are breading them. Every time I have a walked in there a little African grey that says hello but looks so sad and has no time out of his cage. these animals need our help and this place needs shut down.

0 stars actually. Refused to let us use the bathroom when we were planning on be paying customers. Then Refused to sell us anything, which is probably for the best because his hamsters were so sick they would hardly move. Oh, and he also cussed me out. I wouldn't return Here or take anything from here if it was free.

Nate an awesome guy!!! Never had a bad experience here. Love to use him rather than the Do it Center the only other place to get fish around here. If he doesn’t have it he will try and get it for you! Very experienced

What does the place being small have to do with anything? Except the pets are taken care of better. Unlike big stores. I'm a repeat customer and they are well educated on their inventory, unlike big stores.
