Highly recommend. Staff is friendly and does a great job accommodating. We have a rescue and when we first got him, there was a lot we didn’t know about him. They did a great job at putting him with other dogs with the same personality as him. When our boy needs overnight stays, they do a tremendous job at making sure he feels at home. He has severe separation anxiety and the staff let him sleep with them to feel safe and ease his anxiety. Our boy loves his friends at Paws-a-Palooza and always has so much fun!

The owner and staff have been so unbelievably kind and welcoming to our recent rescue. They have gone above and beyond to treat him like their own. Our rescue was very scared and timid his first visit and has blossomed due to the patient staff. He now loves going and seeing the staff and other dogs. They have helped give him rest after playing due to a condition which causes him pain during activity. I have nothing but good things to say about Paws-A-Palooza. We are so appreciative of Paws-A-Palooza and will always recommend and support them!

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I love that they sent a picture and video of my dog. It was my dogs first time there so I wasn't sure if he would enjoy it, judging by the pictures he did!! He was exhausted from playing all day!! Thank you so much for taking such great cars of my baby!!

Had an appointment at 8 am, appointment was confirmed multiple times, The groomer Cathy showed up an hour late an forgot what I wanted done for the dogs after explaining and taking pictures of what I wanted. Unprofessional, she should be prepared and on time.. at least 15 minutes prior. Will not be booking an appointment with Cathy if I even use paws a palooza again.

This is the ABSOLUTE best place around. We've had some unusual things happen in the last few months and these wonderful people have made the time so much easier for us and our little man. I think they treat him so good he doesn't want to leave.
