We absolutely loved the Catcade! Visiting from Ohio, The Catcade was on our short list of places to visit, and it exceeded all expectations. Amazingly clean, gorgeously laid out with amazing decor, the cats have ample room to play and you can tell they are all living their best lives. Their ISO room was very impressive and something that you don’t see often with cat cafes. Just as impressive, was the kindness and knowledge of the owner and staff. We loved hearing about the backgrounds and personalities of the cats, the journey towards building the new location and the joy that they get from rescuing all these wonderful kitties. Also, congratulations to Leo on his retirement after this weekend! If cat cafes are your thing, I would put The Catcade at the top of your list of ones to visit and enjoy.

Honestly I was really disappointed in this experience. Please consider this if you're looking to adopt a cat or even enjoy your experience. The staff was really nice but the lack of phone number to call and aggressive writing throughout the website is frustrating. There were way too many people in such a small space, not enough toys to play with any of the cats, and their current site does not explain at all that it is different than the old location. It's not a cocktail or coffee lounge at all anymore but the google description says it is. That's fine, just annoying. My partner and I got there early and waited outside as instructed but she had to go to the bathroom so she pulled at the doors to the lobby (which automatically lock everytime they close) and the worker came and told her the bathroom is in the lounge and they can't allow anyone into the lobby or the building. I get that they don't want cats to escape, I don't want that either, but if they moved to a new space you'd think they'd plan to accommodate that. Plus the strict waiting outside policy is a little annoying considering it's a large group of people just waiting outside and if the weather is anything but perfect it would be awful. On the lacking toy front, there's no way to really get any time with these cats in because they're mostly kittens and just want to play. But there's barely any toys. Like maybe 5 springs total and a few little plush toys. No wand toys at all. The whole point is to help get cats adopted by the right homes but the reason people are coming to meet them first is to get to know them. Which is hard if you can't pick them up and you have no toys to play with them. Plus there's so many people in there at a time that you're all fighting (politely no one was rude or anything) for the few toys to help get these kitties attention. The whole experience just felt misleading since again, there's so many cats, not enough toys, and too many people. The few arcade games they had you couldn't really play because there wasn't really room to do that. That's fine I wasn't there for that. But all these things add up to a really uncomfortable experience. If you want to spend time with kitties who need it and/or you're looking to adopt, local shelters offer a lot more flexibility and focus on getting cats adopted. And it's free to go. Again the staff was super nice, no issues there. Just a really frustrating system.

This is one of my most favorite experiences ever!! The staff is very clear about expectations regarding behavior and treatment of the cats, which is great. All the cats are well-cared for. The cats themselves are so fun to just sit with, watch sleep, or play with! The arcade games are super fun, and the actual space itself is wonderful. HIGHLY recommend.

Amazing cat cafe with very kind staff. All the kitties are up for adoption and it was great to see into the side rooms for the kitties getting acclimated. Many of the kitties were sleepy at 4pm but some still wanted to cuddle or play. Not a lot of drink options but the cats are really why you come to this cafe <3

Go and support your local rescue cats! It was so fun to chill here with all the sweet babies (there were so many kittens) staff were great about keeping it clean and giving us a heads up about when our time was up. You can play the games too and you get a drink! I would go back!

This place is PERFECT. Perfect. There are so many cuddly cats to play with and snuggle. I loved it here. Everyone should come here. It's cheap too! And you get a soda! It's awesome.
