This grooming salon is above and beyond any place I’ve ever taken dogs. They really know how to pamper your pup and the staff is so friendly and kind. I like everything that is included in the Pawfection Groom. And the fact that my Standard Poodle wasn’t there for long hours. They even go the extra mile and do a season photo that they feature on their FB page. Highly recommend!

They were great. This was Baby's first time there and he was anxious and uncooperative, but they took the time to keep him calm and get the job done. Additionally, they offered groomer training to help with his anxiety and to make future spa days more relaxing for him.

They did a great job grooming my Maltese puppy! She’s extremely squirmy and doesn’t like to stay still. They cut her great and they dyed her tail purple which turned out pawesome! They’re so nice! I will be taking my 3 yorkies back to them!

I have had my dog groomed for 11 years now. The previous place I took my dog to get groomed (out of state) was pleasant however, since moving to the Myrtle Beach area and finding Pawfection, I have to say, Jen and her staff are absolutely FABULOUS!! I had forgotten to schedule my dog for his next grooming. After realizing this, I called to try and get an appointment before the hectic holidays arrived. Jen quickly set me up with an appointment at my convenience and even scheduled several future appointments which I prefer (less to remember)!! All of the staff are very friendly, easy and great to communicate with. If I could, I would give them 10 stars! Thank you for your great customer service and care towards our pets!

Cassidy always does an excellent job in making sure my dog, Moose is taken care of. She consistently displays great customer service, expertise and patiently addresses any concerns I have with grooming, appointments, etc. She goes above and beyond in providing comfort and support to customers. I have always been very happy with her and the services I receive at Pawfection!
