My baby is 12 and acts like a puppy when she goes to the vet now! They are so warm and welcoming and really make your pet feel like they're the only one there. The new facility is great, and my girl who is scared of almost everything adjusted very well!

I love this office, staff is always so sweet and seems to really care about our pets! After every visit there is always a follow up call to make sure everything is good. I had to bring my dog to the 24 hour vet, they emailed over the paperwork and by 9 am the next day River Oaks called me to check in on my dog and scheduled a same day follow up at 11. They are knowledgeable and I feel very comfortable bringing all my cats and my dog there! Thank you from Ella May and a crazy dog mom!

After switching from another vet in the fall of 2023, we have been very happy with River Oaks Animal Hospital. The Drs and staff are all wonderful, caring people. Love the fact that they will text with you and answer quickly instead of waiting for a phone call. We have 2 cats and had boarded them there last fall and will be again in June. The staff will send you pictures of your pets so you can see how they are doing and you can check in on them via text. We always tell people who are looking for a vet to give River Oaks a call, we think they are great! Chris & Christine Martin

Staff are great with our dog!!! It is clear how they approach our dog that they hire animal lovers who care about their patients, as evidenced by their patience, caring and teamwork to get the job done without making it feel like an assembly line. Dr. Heather again knocked it out of the park, recommended a new medication for my older dog, told me the action of the med, how it’s metabolized, why it will help, and what to look out for. She knows what she is prescribing and I feel she believes in the product, not just pushing the latest medication out of the lab. River oaks will be our vet as long as we have a dog. Also love the new building., you can tell a lot of though went into the plan and design.

I was so impressed with the care my pup got the other day. Everyone from the receptionist, to the nurse, to the doctor were beyond wonderful. We had already had a terrible week of her being sick and they gave her the best options and took great care of her during her hospital stay.
