From hospital needs to grooming and even boarding, I’ve been bringing my shihtzu Biscuit here and they have ALWAYS taken great care of him. They are kind, compassionate and understanding. I will never go anywhere else and HIGHLY recommend!

2024 A different groomer this year, see the last two pictures compared to her previous 2 years there with a different groomer who I was told retired. I'm confident that Forest Acres offers the best veterinary care available, the issue with Eva"s grooming is being addressed by the practice. 2023 Eva and Spooky seem to do well with the care received, Eva looked good and recovered for her visit within a day. 2022 Grooming for my Feral girl Eva and a bath for my senior Spooky. They both did very well. Eva required sedation. Spook was a lover boy and enjoyed his time in the cat room.

We have only used the grooming service at the Forest Acres Animal Hospital. We love the groomer Kristi. We have had her groom both our dog and cat for several years. She takes good care of our fur babies and does a great job grooming them every time. She is professional and very easy to communicate with.

Took my 3yr doggo (Ozzy) today for an annual exam and the vet and vet tech were very knowledgeable and very patient him and his anxiety. They were also able to trim his nails when no one else had been able too.

I took my baby for a grooming (sedated), and should have only had to pay $297 (with the pills the doctor recommended I get after seeing his liver values a tad bit elevated, though i wasn’t informed of the values.) Once I picked him up, the total ended up being almost $400. My baby came home with a bloody patch/bruise on his neck, that grew bigger after 24 hours. Worried, I had to call the hospital and was communicated of this issue, and was told I should have been told this when I picked him up, when I wasn’t. They acted surprised "that nobody told me" about the bruise, bla, bla, bla, It's ok, I paid whatever they said was due. I was rushed out the door once I picked my dog up. My dog has not been acting the same since, he is sad, and has had a hard time trusting his family since being back. I don’t know what happened when we dropped him off, but they did not treat my dog with love and respect as they are expected to. Based on my experience they don't treat customers or pets with dignity and respect. I will never take my dog here again.

I ended up paying almost $400 for grooming my small dog (sedated). They did not let me know about the total cost until was time to pick up my dog. I was surprised and in disbelieved. On top of that my dog came with a ugly bruise on the neck. They did not mention anything to me when I picked the dog, once I got home I noticed the bruise and had to call them. The acted surprised "that nobody told me" about the bruise, bla, bla, bla, It's ok, I paid whatever they said but I am taking my dog somewhere else. Based on my experience they don't treat customers or pets with dignity and respect.
