I never write reviews, but after a couple of days I'm still fuming about my pup's grooming service. This was my first time using this location's grooming service. Prior to the start of the service I spoke with Pamela to discuss the type of cut I wanted for my dog. I mentioned I wanted a "teddy bear cut" for my doodle which she told me was not a cut, but a "look." This signaled to me that she then knew the type of cut I was talking about -- wrong. I picked my once fluffy doodle up in only 2 hours which was pretty fast than what I was used to and I now know why. My dog received an uneven buzz cut with some places cut to his skin. My dog had not matting or any problems with his coat so there was no need to shave him down so low. Also, there's nothing "cute" about this cut. The top of his head is uneven and he still has marks from the clippers on his coat which I guess we'll have to wait to grow out again. I'm truly disappointed in the service and don't understand why we would discuss a cut only for the groomer to do something different. This was not what I wanted at all!

I took my dog there, to see the VetCo vet for a wellness check The visit went very well. My dog is quite timid in new situations, but she also is a barker. Surprisingly ,she barked when we went in, but she was great the whole time the vet was checking her out. The vet and all the assistants, including the lady at the front desk were wonderful. It was a great experience.

The store smelled AMAZING when I went in, the groomers were sweet and patient with my Siberian Husky, Echo Gecko. They returned him to me looking so fresh and clean I can't leave anything but 5 stars!

This was the first time I have been to Petco and I had a grooming appointment for my dog with Chase. He was wonderful and so kind to my dog!! He did an amazing job and I will definitely be back. Thank you again for your services Chase!!

Took my husky to the self wash yesterday and the water was HOT. I grabbed someone’s attention as they walked by and asked if we could lower the water temp. She said they can’t, felt it, and put her headphone back in as she walked away. It was hotter than what I would take a shower with. Huskies don’t do well with heat and any dog shouldn’t really be bathed in anything warmer than lukewarm. Why is there a sign that says check to make sure the temperature is comfortable for your dog if you can’t change it? And you have to pay prior to using it. Only gave two stars because my dog likes the blow dryer, which is the only part I used to try to help deshed him a bit. Not worth the $20.

Petco has a problem with their online ordering. 3 times their system has charged me for my order then their system lost my order but charged me. I used Apple Pay all 3 times. I had to call Apple to dispute charges because Petco could not refund if there is no order. I spent 1 1/2 hours getting this corrected and it still may take up to 90 days to get my money back. Horrible 3 experiences.
