Dr. Adams, Morgan, and Taylor were very professional, efficient, and took great care of my fur baby! Belle appreciated all the pets, treats, and toys during the treatment of her broken nail and seemed right at home. 100% recommend GoodVets James Island!

Upon walking in, the Welcome was warm, inviting and genuine! Lobby area clean and very well designed! I didn't partake, but the drink options were an Amazing touch. The exam rooms were great and very pet thoughtful! Coming from the hotel hospitality world, the details make a great impact and y'all nailed it! Cudos to Morgan and Dr. Adams, for they were GREAT! Super professional, informative, gentle and loving with my kitten, Yuna. I will highly recommend this office.

Today was my first visit to Good vets as I thought my dog may have pink eye but also wanted his ears checked. The office is beautiful and serves coffee, other drinks and candy, yum. There was calming music playing and I was greeted by a very cheerful pleasant lady named Morgan. Morgan made sure I was aware every step of the way of the prices and I had choices of what to do according to my budget. By the way the first visit was free so that was great! I Morgan also loved on my pup and he was eating it up😀Next I saw Dr. Lauren Adams who is the owner of the facility and she was pleasant also. She found a nasty ear infection on my pup and did an extremely thorough cleaning of his ears all while feeding peanut butter! They have good treats for dogs too! They do not try to sell you anything and are very honest and upfront and consider budget but also excellent pet care. Overall it was a very good experience and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend them!

We are visiting from NC and needed to seek vet care for our Lab, who came down with pretty severe gastroenteritis. Had considered taking him to an emergency facility, but decided to first bring him to Good Vets, and the care he received was prompt, thorough, and excellent. Diagnostics were merited, and the treatments have been effective. Dr. Adam’s and her staff are so incredibly warm and caring, and considering the time, technology, and materials employed, the cost was surprisingly reasonable. This is now our “vet away from home” for all future visits. So many nice extras, exceptionally immaculate, and welcoming! Whew!
