We absolutely love Clements Ferry Veterinary! The level of care that they offer is top notch and their entire team is phenomenal! I primarily have seen Dr. Padgett but on occasion have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Rains. They both are amazing! A couple of years ago, I put my 15 year old lab down and the entire team was so loving and compassionate towards me and especially towards my dog. They did everything they could to make sure that he was comfortable every step of the way (including the agonizing months beforehand leading up to me putting him down). Currently my two fur babies, Goose (woof) & Lollipop (meow) love going to the vet! Goose is a lab puppy and into everything! Last week he had surgery on his paw🤪 So I have been through a lot with this team! And every visit from routine check-ups to more complex procedures (neuter/spay pets, paw surgery, you name it)- has been handled with professionalism, sensitivity and compassion. They have also always been very clear and upfront with giving me an accurate estimate of how much everything will cost. All in all, my pets are showered with so much love and I am at peace knowing that they are in excellent hands and cared for with every visit! An added bonus is the little section with coloring sheets and snacks for my kiddos. So my other babies are entertained while I focus on my animals needs.

Clements Ferry Veterinary is very dedicated to when you walk in the door to when you leave with kindness and thoughtful time spent with your family. The staff is friendly, the office is clean, the Vet techs are sweet and attentive and Dr Jennah Rains follows her stress free approach to a thorough exam. Dr. Rains spends quality time in explaining or answering any questions with compassion. Well done Clements Ferry Veterinary.

Clements Ferry Veterinary is the best! My dog passed away in January and I still think about how kind and compassionate everyone in the office from the front desk to the Dr. were. A couple of weeks after Bo passed I received in the mail a card signed by everyone and paw and nose prints from my dog. So sweet and a great remembrance for me. I highly recommend!

We have two dogs that are very comfortable with coming for their checkups. The techs and Dr P are great with the dogs and always take time to make sure I understand what is necessary for their care. I especially appreciate that any waits aren't long and everyone is easy to talk with and kind. An important note, as our girl Scout is going through a pretty rough cancer, her team has been so caring and gentle through her appointments, follow-ups and communications, and Dr P and the staff have let us lean on them as we pass through the stages.

We have been going to Clement’s Ferry Vet for a little over two years and always have a pleasant experience. The technicians and staff are so sweet and we appreciate the clinic squeezing us in when our dog hasn’t been feeling well. Highly recommend!

Words cannot describe how wonderful this practice is. We are new to the area with a 6 year old dog and a puppy. We had our first appointment a few days ago and every single person from the front desk to the tech to Dr. P was amazing to work with. Our puppy ran into a flee infestation and I called this office 10 minutes before they closed and they not only were happy to help me but also gave me great advice and worked something out for my puppy. Customer service is top tier!! As well as the clinical side of things too! 15/10 would recommend to anyone.
