Dr. K is wonderful. Raven is a very anxious dog and tends to try and scare people away as a defense mechanism. She also doesn’t typically care for men as she came from a home where she was being abused by the male in the home. Every time that Dr. K has seen her he has always taken his time with her and gone at her pace. He is very relaxed with her and doesn’t let her intimidate him. We really appreciate his time and care with her. Usually people just look at us like we are crazy because Raven is so anxious and frightful. I would also like to recognize Courtney. Our past visit was our first time meeting her and she was just as calm and relaxed with Raven. She took it slow and went at Raven’s pace. We really appreciate that. Lastly, the front desk staff has always been super friendly and very helpful. Thank you all!

Staff was friendly but way overpriced and they don't explain everything to you like they should. I had my dog have an c section and fixed same time but they didn't say she wouldn't be able to nurse them or bond with them. It should have been brought to our attention then we would have waited. So now we up bottle feeding these puppies. Over 2000$ later.

Dr. Horst was very helpful in finding out why our Abbie Mae was limping. Gabbie the vet tech was extremely attentive to Abbie with bring in a blanket for her to lay on since she was having trouble getting up with a hurt leg. She also picked Abbie up and put her in my mini van after Abbie had been sedated.

First visit, everyone pleasant, efficient and gentle with my dog, Kira. Corey (vet tech) and Dr. K were so good with her, she felt comfy with them both right away. Next visit surgery, again we were treated so good from moment we walked in until the moment we walked out. Everything was explained in details easy to understand. I would recommend this facility and staff to anyone looking for a facility for your pet that is gentle and caring.

The best veterinary office I've taken my pets to! The reception staff is always friendly and provides everything I need for the pet insurance claims. The techs go over what to expect during the visit, costs, and why it's necessary. Dr. Hyde did such a a great job with my dog's dental care that he was excited to be back in the office for his checkup after the procedure. I've seen this clinic participating in community events, like bark in the park, and I was referred by Dr. Horst. Best decision ever! The most comprehensive care for your pet. Thank you all!
