I’ve been taking my 20pound pup (Goober) here since I move to Oregon City back in 2019. The service has always been top notch. I’ve felt that they care for my pup and he’s not just a number. I’ve even received follow up phone calls after some of his procedures. Parking is easy and they’re normally not to booked up with appointments. Price is price, I don’t think you can find cheap pet care anywhere these days. I do believe they offer some sort of insurance if that’s your thing. I’m a regular for buying flea/tick medicine because they make it easy for me to buy. I recommend giving them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Love this vet. Dr. Alex is amazing! So gentle, kind, and caring. The whole staff is nice. Grateful we have this vet nearby. They do an excellent job with domestic bunnies, which is less common. Thank you!!!

I had a great experience at First City Vet Hospital! Dr. Alex was very knowledgeable about rats and was good at handling my squirmy, unsocialized boy. He offered lots of information about the neutering process and the staff was kind and helpful. He was successfully neutered for a great price and is recovering well! I recommend this clinic for anything small animals 🤍 we're very grateful!

A friend recommended this place to me and I am so glad she did! Shannon the tech and Dr. Marie were very knowledgeable and professional. I brought in a sick cat and Shannon allowed me to help hold him during the first part of the exam which made him feel better and more cooperative. Dr. Marie was thorough when working with him and offered treats to make him happier. She got him to do more unsedated than our previous vet ever did (even looking in his mouth). She was able to take X-rays and interpret them during that session rather than having to sedate him and have a radiologist look at it and get back to us in a week. We will definitely be returning.

The staff and techs are awesome. My Boxer absolutely loves Dr. Angela. She’s amazing with him. When we go, he runs inside and is excited to see everyone. Thanks for taking good care of my best pal.

We have been bringing our dog here for years. We always get compassionate, helpful care. They know we pay cash only for everything, and work with us so that we don't have any surprises. They are happy to try less expensive options first, rather than always pushing for the most expensive. Very happy!
