I have been bringing my pets here for two years, and the level of professionalism, kindness, and compassion shown by the staff has always been exceptional. Recently, I faced the heartbreaking decision to put my beloved dog Cupcake, to rest. The doctor and assistant were incredibly supportive, guiding my family and me through each step with empathy and care. The setting for Cupcake's final moments was beautifully arranged, with a soft bed and treats, creating a peaceful environment for her passing. Additionally, they offer a grief support group, which I plan to attend when I feel ready. I am deeply grateful for their compassionate service during such a difficult time. Thank you H3🤍

My fur baby needed to be seen urgently. Her normal vet couldn’t squeeze her in at all so I ended up at Horse Heaven. I was so impressed with how professional, thorough & kind their staff was. They not only diagnosed what has been wrong with my sweet girl but triple checked to ensure their findings were correct. I had been taking her in for years to a different vet to get her help & they never could figure it out. Horse Heaven did immediately & gave us a wonderful game plan. I was so impressed that I transferred her medical records there so she can become an established patient here. We were especially impressed with Bella. She was so outgoing, kind, informative, tender & has a huge heart for German Shepherds. We bonded over our mutual love for the breed. The entire staff is this way. It’s clear Horse Heaven loves all the fur babies in tri cities.

I took my cat to VCA in Richland when I found a growth on my cats’ paw. They didn’t even know what it was, and it got worse and worse and they wanted to amputate his toe. ($2,000 surgery). One night when my cats paw started to bleed I was told to call Horse Heaven Hills. Within 5-10 minutes the women said she believed it was things called Feline Lung Digit Syndrome. After an x-ray, that’s exactly what it was. If it wasn’t for Horse Heaven Hills Pet Urgent Care I would’ve never known that my cat had a tumor in his lung and was slowly dying and getting worse. I would’ve done an expensive surgery all for nothing. As sad as it is, he did have to be put down at only 5 years old, but at least I was able to put my cat at rest and peace than not knowing at all. If you want the best care for you furry pet, please come here. It’s worth it than anywhere else. Thank you for helping out my cat at peace.
