Sam was amazing with my dogs! They looked and smelled fantastic after their grooming appointment. I was so impressed with how gentle and patient she was with them. I highly recommend Sam for anyone looking for a reliable and caring groomer. Also love bringing my dogs for treats and just to socialize! The staff is super sweet and friendly!!

I love petsmart when it comes to toys, treats, collars, and tags. We found some costumes already for Halloween and got our girl a sushi costume. She's so cute with it. It's fun to bring our dogs when we know it'll be slow there and seeing others animals are always fun too. Staff are always friendly as well.

This was definitely one of the nicest PetSmart locations that I've been to (and I've been to quite a few in CA, OR, and WA). Their fish section was very large and had an awesome selection. I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any help. They answered all of my questions and helped me pick out a new tank. They were so kind, informative, and helpful. I think one was the manager (but I'm not sure) and the other was a cashier. I came in pretty sad that my tank leaked when I filled it up, but left happy and with a bigger/nicer tank and just paid the difference. I was in and out so quickly! They also have same day delivery via doordash, which I really loved using originally because it's super convenient since I hate leaving the house these days. I'm glad I actually went in today though and I can't wait to go back soon to stick up on pet supplies.

Today I took my beautiful dog to pet smart. What a joke. Her appointment was for Monday they called and canceled and reset the appointment to Friday. My dog is older and has hip problems, she is also a very large dog but she is my princess. They rescheduled her appointment because there was no help to work with her. She is the sweetest girl and wouldn't hurt a fly, but she has hip problems and can't stand all the time. The person I talked to on Monday knew this that is why she rescheduled so there would be help. Friday I took her to get her bath, and haircut. The person that was to take care of her was rude. She said it would cost twice as much if they had to have help. The last time it took her they charged me an extra fee because they had to have someone support her. I didn't mind. This girl also gave me attitude, I finally said we'll if you can't trim her could you at least give her a bath. She said yes. My princess couldn't stand up to well because they have slick floors. We finally got her up on all fours and they took her to the back. While we were working on getting her on her legs. The same person giving me attitude and being rude said if we can't get her up she will have to go home. They have been working with my dogs for many years. Then I get this kind of attitude and rude behavior. I have been good about finding knicks( cuts) on my dogs and never said anything. But this was it for me. I left her there and went to me my sister, she quit taking her dog there because her dog would be in so much pain for days after going there. I called my husband and told him how I was treated and I was worried about how this person was going to treat my girl. I was near tears. I went right back to pet smart got my girl and told them I was done with there services, none of my animals would ever be coming back take me off your computers. I also want to add my daughter quit taking her dog there because of the cuts she found on her dog. They canceled the appointment and changed it, if they cant take care of there schedule and services maybe they should shut down. If I could I would give them a negative 10.

My husband and I went in tonight to get a pick up. We were going to get our daughter some Black Moors and a plecostomus. Jeremy came and asked if we needed help. We told him what we wanted to buy. He asked what size tank we had. We told him about our pick up and everything we ha were going to get. He advised us on it being too small. He guided us step by step in the proper size tank, the correct set up we needed as well as additional information on taking care of the fish. We thoroughly appreciate the time he took to ensure we had everything we needed! He advised us to wait until the tank was properly set up before adding fish. Jeremy was beyond helpful, knowledgeable and understood everything about what he was selling to us! We will be back Saturday with our daughter to get her fish! Thank you again so much for all your advice! It’s rare to find someone who cares and enjoys their job like you do😊
