My husband and I are new to the area and hadn’t found a vet yet. My childhood cat unfortunately grew ill and his health started to decline. I called Cliffdale Thursday and explained his situation. The woman on the phone, I can’t remember her name, was very kind and patient. They were able to get us in that day. Raja, my cat, was evaluated and yes euthanasia was his best option, as he was suffering. The staff gave us all the time we needed, explained everything in detail before doing it, broke down the cost when I asked, and overall showed us compassion. I couldn’t imagine going to a different vet, especially regarding this experience. The level and quality of care is unmatched. Thank you to the staff who was there with us. I appreciate everything. I would definitely recommend Cliffdale Animal Hospital.

I was very pleased with Dr Chavis and her staff. She worked with us to find out what was wrong with our poodle after many many trips other veterinarian offices. She was very compassionate and helped us to the very end. RIP my sweet Abby.

Excellent vet care and compassionate staff. I knew Dr. Chavis before she moved to Cliffdale Animal Hospital. She has taken care of my animals for many years. I also just used her grooming service and the groomer did a beautiful job on my pomp/Eskie. She has never looked so pretty. I highly recommend the staff and services. Best Animal hospital in area.

My baby Teddy was a sick little fella !! From the moment I walked in , the staff was friendly! Patient and kind . Dr Chavis was absolutely the most kindest , sweetest , caring , most patient Vet I have ever encountered. She took her time , explained what she felt my Teddy needed based the symptoms I described , he needed several test , after she discussed the test he needed based on his Symptoms, the cost , I was very pleased because it was much more reasonable than I figured !! Once the testing was done , she reviewed the results and needless to say , I was devastated!! She was again patient , kind , caring, understanding and not once did she show any indication of needing to get to the next appointment, it was as if Me , my Teddy and Daughter who we face timed was the only ones on the clinic . Dr Chavis did not pressure us , did not make us feel remorseful, did not try to do any testing other than what was necessary. she was understanding My daughter and I had to make a tough decision that day and I’m forever grateful to Dr Chavis for the love care and concern and patience she showed that day . My Beagle Molly will be seeing her soon

I have followed Dr. Chavis from Southern Oaks, to Central, and now Cliffdale. I met her when she first came in 2016. I have a special needs dog, Haley, and she loves Dr. Chavis so much!!! We will be seeing you next week. You couldn't ask for a better and more compassionate Vet than Dr. Chavis. Her staff is fantastic as well.
