I just called 2 minutes ago and the lady who picked up the phone hung up on me when i asked her a question about them fostering newborn kittens. Could’ve just informed whether or not they can accept kittens at the moment. But instead hung up on me without letting me finish my question. That’s not very welcoming nor professional.
