We had solar panels installed on our home several years ago, we heard squirrels might be a problem. I kept an eye out and sure enough we had a squirrel make his nest under our solar panels. I got on top of our home and removed the nest hoping that would be the end... no it wasn't. This year he came back. We called a number of companies and Tommy was quick to respond, came out and gave us an estimate (with a military discount). During the inspection, Tommy saw our chimney cap had some rust, so he painted it (for free). Tommy used a thicker mesh and now our solar panel wiring is safe from squirrels. . Excellent customer service! Honest! Veteran owned! Military Discount! Ensured everything he promised was done prior to payment! 5 🌟
I came across a little squirrel that was trapped between the chimney pipe and heat shield. Despite its two-day struggle to break free, the persistent rain made the situation even more challenging. Throughout this ordeal, my dog was restless, my cat was eager to catch the squirrel, and I was anxious about its well-being. Thankfully, a friend reached out to Tommy for help. Despite being out of town, Tommy quickly arranged for someone to assist. Not only did they successfully rescue the squirrel, but they also ensured that my chimney cap was more secure. The entire experience was marked by excellent communication, professionalism, and swift response and follow-up. I'm truly grateful for their outstanding service and genuine care.
Shawn was amazing and professional. He always stayed in touch. His craftsmanship is that of a professional who takes pride in his work. Would definitely recommend. Squirrels were infesting my roof they are no longer.
I had a terrifying encounter with a copperhead snake in my backyard, along with three smaller ones. Thankfully, "Cape Fear Wildlife Rescue" came to the rescue. Thomas, the owner, was incredibly reassuring and promptly agreed to come over. He kept me updated on his arrival time and was a genuinely kind person. Not only did he provide an affordable service, but he also took the time to educate me about his work. I even recommended him to my neighbors, who have a grandchild that plays in their yard. Thomas went out of his way to assure their safety too. I am truly grateful for his help and finally feel like I can sleep peacefully tonight. Thank you, Thomas!
Mr. Thomas was truly God sent. I cannot find any words to express my gratitude to the fullest. My cat Nyla, of 17yrs, transitioned today, I didn't know what to do. Mr Thomas gave me words of comfort and was so kind and took my fury baby off of my hands to rest in peace. I would recommend this company to everyone. If in need remember "Help Is On the Way". GOD not only sent Thomas he also sent Ty to eulogies Nyla and comfort me
Tommy came to my house to remove an opossum from under my bed😳 I was worried the little guy would be hurt, but Tommy knows what he’s doing. It took him about 6 minutes and the opossum was in a cage on my front porch. I was assured that he would adapt to a new environment and would not be visiting again. What a nice guy Tommy is. 5 plus stars!!
