Dr. Cordova took excellent care of my foster pup, Bella. She made sure to explain everything clearly, and was patient when I had questions. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Nice atmosphere and a good value!

We have 3 dogs of varying ages that all see Dr. Cordova at Dogwood Animal Hospital. She is really caring and down to earth, she doesn’t push a bunch of unnecessary services , and explains things in easy to understand language. Although she stays very busy, she doesn’t make you feel that she doesn’t have time to answer your questions. She is a great vet and I feel very safe with our 3 dogs in her hands. The vet techs are all very sweet as well! Their boarding facility in the back of the clinic is VERY clean! I was taken back to look without any notice, and it didn’t even smell like dogs back there! The kennel ladies were super sweet, so I’m looking forward to having my dogs there when we go out of town. My only wish would be to have a payment station in EACH room (like Cape Fear Animal Hospital has), so you wouldn’t have to go back in the waiting area and have to wait to pay your bill, but could pay as soon as your appointment finished. As a pet owner for over 30 years: we highly recommended Dr. Cordova!

They are a loving business that cares about your best friend, AKA pet. They ensure that you understand what's going on during the exam and at the same time give you options. Dr faircloth has been my Chihuahuas vet since I brought her home and I am a very pleased with her.

I take my fur baby there for shots and other boarding in the past. But this time around they called me the night before (4:30pm) of my boarding and let me know that there was an outbreak in the facility and they wanted to let me know ahead of time. I booked this months in advanced knowingly that I was going to be out of town for the 4th of July. And that if I chose to board her that I would be responsible for any medication that they would need to give her. How long has this been going on to just let me know the night before morning drop off. Luckily I was able find another boarding facility but was more money for last minute boarding. I’ll use them as my vet but no longer needed for boarding.

Had an emergency situation, my dog needed to be medical boarded. Christa was amazing, she took care of my boy and updated me all weekend. The receptionist Kris was so polite and helpful. Dr. Faircloth did an exam on my pet and was straightforward and direct with her concerns and recommendations which I really appreciate. All the staff are amazing and made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Faircloth is wonderful!! Actually the entire staff is so friendly and helpful. We had our pets to Academy Pet - Sylvester (cat) was suddenly ill and our vet did not have time to see him!! After describing the issue they instructed us to get him somewhere ASAP - so much for customer loyalty let alone compassion. We called around and found Dr. Faircloth who saw him immediately. Unfortunately it was too late for the big guy - though she and her staff went above and beyond to save him! Do not hesitate when looking for a vet clinic !!!!
