Customer service is exceptional. The gentleman automatically carried the bag of dog food to my car. We had a brief discussion about my dogs allergy and he showed me that they carried Goat milk with honey to help boost his immune system. My buddy has only been on it a few days but I'm seeing an improvement already. 👍

Fantastic local place to shop for your pet supplies currently they are one of the few stores that actually have Taste of the Wild they have multiple varieties whereas our prior location at Tractor Supply has stopped carrying this all together so definitely call make sure they may have the variety you need and if not they certainly can suggest alternatives to swap your dog over to a new Food Lion definitely get in there much more knowledgeable then most of the major pet stores

Bright blue eyed blonde hair young man had the most wonderful customer service, and was so informative about the issues we were having with our dogs food, he gave us multiple options and recommendations and explained the importance of each. i am very impressed and pleased with the visit. he helped us carrying our things across the parking lot. 5 stars this guy. 10/10 experience. he is going places.
