I called them a few months ago and it took them about 30 minutes or so to call me back. I told them a small, stray dog was in my yard and they asked me if I had a animal carrier to put the dog in so they could pick it up! My first thought was "That's YOUR job to catch the animal, not mine." They are absolutely no help. I refuse to call them anymore. Why would they expect me to have an extra carrier lying around?

Must leave a message, but someone will get back to you. Never hesitate if you see a dog near the highway to minimize risk of injury or death of our beloved animals in Cumberland County.
