I've been trying to contact a wildlife rehab center from their little list without any response from anyone, so I called them directly to ask for resources or any help at all BECAUSE I HAVE A TURTLE WITH HALF OF ITS FACE MISSING AND ITS STILL ALIVE. But they "don't offer any direct assistance" I need to "go to their online list of rehabilitators" like that wasn't what I was already doing. What do you people even do?

Clerk was very helpful and patient while fixing our boat registration. In and out in under 15 minutes. If you have business there, it is a very Interesting office to see if you are curious about the wild animals in East Tennessee.

I called the office a couple of weeks ago about a problem I was having with wild hogs. The woman was not very helpful and I could hardly get a word in on our conversation. She even had the never to tell me she couldn't understand my accent. The woman was not the professional kind of person I would expect to be working in this office. Very disappointed. Paul G.
