I took my ball python here and was VERY impressed! This is the second vet clinic I've tried for my snake, and I am much happier with Galloway. We were let into a room immediately, the facility was clean, and the vet assistant, Tawny, took notes about his environment, feeding, and history. (The first clinic we tried was not so detailed) Dr. Zacharias was very thorough in her inspection - I even got to hear his heart beat! Dr. Zacharias was very informative in answering all my questions. At the end of the appointment, she gave me her card and invited me to email her with photos or questions if any other concerns arose. I'm so glad we found a great vet for Goliath!

My puppy had an emergency today and i brought her here immediately having never been there before, and they were extremely comforting and helpful. They took care of her quickly, communicated to me well, and made sure all was well before sending her home with me. Their quick and professional action saved my puppy today. They answered kindly all my phone calls and nervous questions. I’m so very happy with this place and highly recommend them to anyone!

I highly recommend this vet! Dr.Z is very knowledgeable, the staff is so friendly and compassionate with the animals and the owners. Dr.Z was sick and still made sure our snake was cared for in any way needed. I rate the business 100/100! Dr.Z and her staff made our snake look so much better, his mood and health was so much better after the visit. They even called the next day for a follow-up on him. These people are amazing. Thank you so much for everything!

I am frustrated we used the link on their website to use their pharmacy to order medication for our cat. Weeks later nothing. Come to find out they don't use that pharmacy anymore yet their website still takes you to that pharmacy. My daughter also uses this vet and they have comingled our accounts and she gets all emails etc for my animals even though we have both told them in person and on the phone that they are not the same household or account and to please separate them. On the upside they are extremely good to my cats. They took very good care of them. I am impressed with their care of my animals just not with the website or the trials we've had with the accounts being mixed up or mixed together.

I really don’t know where to start with my review I started going to this veterinarian office when my 16-year-old Chihuahua was very sick. They took phenomenal care of her and the vets are all so very kind and knowledgeable. The staff has always treated my fur babies like Family. But this review is because I had to take my mom‘s little toy poodle there last week for emergency surgery and hospitalization. I cannot begin to thank them enough for the care that they showed to Lucy and to my mother, who is very very attached to her dog. Everyone there is absolutely amazing but I am going to have to give a special shout out to Dr. Zacharias She has gone so far above and beyond every time I have been there, and her kindness is next to none.
