Love working with this group of vets. Very thorough and caring. Scheduling is easy and can generally get in quickly. Staff is very friendly and caring. Office is always very clean and fresh smelling.

I had to take my cat, Pete, back a 2nd day. In the morning, when I got the cat carrier out, Pete voluntarily got in the crate. He was eager, to go to the vet. I can't think of a better compliment, but I will add that a). they were very friendly b). they were very clean c). they were very upfront and clear on cost at each step. Thank you guys! (p.s. Pete's back to normal ☺️).

They truly care about you and your pets. Found them around the beginning of 2020, and the only other vet we visit is the emergency vet when Hometown is closed. They do their best to provide top-tier care while being upfront about pricing and trying to help keep costs down. If you're looking for the best in the Springfield area, IMO, you've found them.

This place cares about its animals, and you can tell. I Called trying to get my dog seen very soon and as soon as they heard he was having bloody nose bouts, they immediately took him in. The entire time they listened to my concerns, and talk to me in a way that made me feel my dog was safe with them. My dog loved the place! Dr. Seal and the vet tech are awesome people! Thank you for taking such good care of my pup.

Just Me

We just relocated to Missouri; this vet is close to our house. They are great with the pets – seem a little expensive. EVERY visit has a $49 wellness check. Even follow up appointments a month after the initial visit. I have had pets for 25 plus years and in all the places I have lived I have never been charged a second wellness check charge on a follow up appointment. Maybe it is a Missouri or Springfield thing? We stay for the convenience – too many more follow ups though and we might have to consider our options. I like that a tech handles the pets instead of the owner. So far for every visit when we arrive, we are taken directly to a room rather than wait in a waiting room. This is a welcomed relief if you have a nervous pet. Other than the cost, a caring place for your pets.
