Had an appoint scheduled for OVER a month, confirmed the day before, took off of work to get them in because we needed to try to Medicate as they have extreme car anxiety (panting, yowling, etc.) got in for the appointment (on time) and are told because THEY are running behind we have to reschedule another MONTH out! They are now on schedule to be two months late on their shots at least and we have to take off MORE work to maybe possibly be able to get them taken care of. We were NOT warned about this prior to our arrival so our gas money both ways was a waste as well. I’m sure they know what they’re doing but they absolutely do not care about your time or money.

This place is a godsend. Their prices are so reasonable compared to the ridulous costs of national chains. The doctor is awesome and really cares about your fur baby. Her exams are thorough yet gentle. Love love love Cooper Clinic and the entire staff!

They rarely answer their phone. I took off work to bring my dog to his vet appointment. I had two children with me, and I raced from clear across town to make the appointment. At 8 minutes past, I tried to call to let them know I was doing my best and almost there. They didn't answer. We arrived at just 10 minutes past, and they refused the appointment, saying they couldn't accept patients at 10 min past. They never made me aware of this prior to refusing the appointment. It was just a shots appointment that would have been less than 5 minutes, from past experience.

The staff here showed great concern for my dog. I am so pleased, after just one dose of the recommended medications, she is running and playing with her brother again.

Everything was very nice. I was very pleased with the the attitude of the workers. They worked very hard to assist in handling me and a couple of others in there. They were happy and was laughing a lot which makes a positive atmosphere for the ones that they take care of before displaced animals. Workers are not stressed the animals are not stressed and the animals are already in a very stressful situation and it does not need to be added by workers with a bad attitude. So many thanks to all of the workers there that makes very happy and light-hearted so that everyone felt comfort and comfortable in a situation that should never be. If everyone was responsible for their own animal and took care of them the way that they should take care of them shelters would be obsolete. And isn't that our goal that every animal deserves a very loving home.
