Such great experiences at Noe Animal Hospital. Started taking my two cats here for routine care and vaccine updates. I came to find out that one of my kitties' teeth was in pretty bad shape. It was very easy to schedule appointments and the staff are absolute gems! They are caring, empathetic, and very down to earth providing you with great information and education. So happy to have them in my neighborhood!

I wish Noe Valley Animal Hospital was better but after two appointments we will be switching vets. We had a good experience at our first appointment with Dr. Pfaff but she is no longer there. I scheduled another appointment here more than a month out for our cat to get a feline leukemia vaccine because they kept emailing me. On the day we came in, we were told by the new vet “he’s an indoor cat? Then you don’t need this vaccine.” That had been the reason for the entire appointment, my spouse and I both took a half day off work to make this appointment happen. They did a physical examination and our cat was very uncomfortable. I did not feel this veterinarian was caring or gentle. On our way home our cat was so stressed from the entirety of this visit (it’s a less than 10 min drive) that he pooped in his crate. He’s NEVER done that, not even through multiple different vet appointments at different places or even moving across the country 5 days in a car from Rhode Island to California! He also vomitted that night. Everything else for him is now normal and all of these symptoms point to being a direct result of the vet visit. We paid $95 for a less than a minute physical exam, no vaccine, and left with a very stressed cat. Again, we want to like this place because it’s very close to where we live but maybe it is not the best place for cats.

Unbelievably friendly and helpful. I'm very picky about my vet and, after moving, I was concerned I wouldn't find a new, great vet. Thankfully Noe Animal Hospital opened and I couldn't be happier. They're so attentive, helpful, clear, and genuinely care about their patients. The facilities are super nice too. Strong strong STRONG recommend.

My rescue pup Charlie has been a patient of Dr. Gopisetty and Lead Nurse Devon for a few years now. It was very exciting to see that the Dr. was opening a new practice with Dr. Goodrich. Dr. Gopisetty and Lead Nurse Devon take the time to work with my fearful dog. There is straightforward communication between everyone. They are both very kind and patient. It is apparent that they care about their work and the well-being of the pets they see. There is definitely a trusting relationship there. For these reasons, I will happily drive from the peninsula to come to this clinic. The clinic is modern and clean. The prices are fair. Allow some time for street parking depending on your appointment time. Highly recommend!

I recently transferred my dog's care to Noe Animal Hospital when I moved back to SF from the East Bay. Their staff is extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful when calling with questions or to schedule appointments. Their offices are clean and well-suited to reactive dogs (plenty of space in the waiting room and I haven't had any crowded lobby experiences) and their vets and techs have been incredible with my very nervous dog. Really happy to have an incredible full-service vet service nearby!

I’ve been bringing both of my dogs here since they opened and have received great care. The team is proactive at reaching out to let me know when my dogs need vaccine boosters/check-ups and they’re also really good at fitting me in for more urgent care when needed. The service has been phenomenal and unlike anywhere else that I’ve taken my dogs. I’m really happy this animal hospital came to Noe!
