Animal Car Donation

While I would have *loved* to donate my car with the proceeds going to an animal shelter, this organization clearly has disorganization issues. I scheduled a pick up for two weeks ago and the organization no-showed for our arranged pick up window on a Fri afternoon. I called to ask what happened but no one answered so and left a message. A week later they still hadn't called back so I called again. They claimed I gave them an incorrect phone # -- however in my message I clearly gave them my phone number again. I arranged another pick up between 8-10a today and they again no showed. I called to see what was going on they said "the tow truck broke down." Would have been good for them to let me know! They then said they could send someone before 1p. After waiting THE ENTIRE MORNING, the driver called and said he can't pick up until 2p. I told them to cancel as I'm not going to wait around anymore for them to come. This is a DONATION for a FREE CAR.
