We absolutely loved the Dr. And all the staff, so very nice and professional, explained everything to us. Took excellent care of our dog Pika. Pika doesn't like Vets but she liked this one and all the staff. We appreciate everything they did for Pika. I highly recommend to take your furbabies there if you have a emergency.

Took very good care of our pet whenever he was having issues. Unfortunately had to make the decision to put him down, but they made the experience the best that they could. Got back his ashes in a timely manner, and they even included some paw prints and a card. Would definitely take another pet here in the future!

Inadequate care, money motivated business instead of quality care. I took my pup here when he was unwell, I was told to get an X ray, which I did. It was suggested by the doctors here that there was a foreign body in his stomach and he would be needing surgery if he did not stop vomiting. Turns out there were no foreign bodies in his stomach what they pointed out as a foreign body ended up just being a regular organ!!!! I wish this urgent care would not advertise for emergency services as they are not even able to perform most surgeries due to lack of technicians, and equipment. The only good thing these doctors did for me was medicate my dog to slow down his loose stools, and nausea. Shout out to Osage Vet Clinic in Bentonville for giving quality care, being understanding about budgeting, and offering support for the human who is distraught about their dog. Osage Vet clinic ran a barium study to confirm there was no foreign body in my dogs stomach. I would recommend a different urgent care if you are in need of immediate assistance, and if you can wait GO to Osage Vet Clinic for help! Best people around!

The staff was very caring and accommodating when our hedgehog was sick. They made a quick diagnosis, didn't run any unnecessary extra tests, and made sure he was comfortable in his last moments. I'm glad we chose this clinic for his care.

We were let down and lied to by our normal vet and realized after hours that our sweet girl needed to be allowed to pass peacefully. The staff was so, so very kind and took incredible care of us and our girl. The prices were on par with regular vet clinics, but the care went far and above for us. If the need arises to visit again, we’ll not hesitate to visit.
