Overall excellent customer service from our inspection by Nick Hardecke. I was blown away by his professionalism and eye to detail. He definitely knows what he is talking about and does a great job at explaining the whole process of encapsulation and the reasons behind all the different aspects of it. By the time the inspection was complete, I feel as if I have a completely different understanding as to the whats and why's of my crawlspace as a whole. Nick gave me a detailed report that showed me everything going on underneath my home. Amazing experience!

We can’t say enough good things about this company. First, I’d like to start off with how Ed Macdonald (salesman) handled selling to us their product and plan. He took the time to answer all questions and concerns. He was professional but still personable. He gave us a timeline of what to expect and all came out as planned. Second, I’d like to thank Daryn Holder (foreman) for a job well done. He was able to lift our patios (front and back) though we had our doubts. He was thorough in explaining what he would be doing and gave periodic updates as he continued to work. He even asked if we were satisfied, which most companies do not bother to take the time to ask, they just take their payment and move on. Although our job took longer than planned or scheduled for, Daryn did not show he was frustrated, he was determined to ensure the job was completed to the best of his abilities. So thankful we found this company and had the opportunity to work with these two outstanding gentlemen.

We hired FRS to correct water seepage issues in our storm room and to add piers under one side of our house. Shawn explained the problems and solutions very well. Our crew came from Springfield MO, so had a 6 hour commute each day. They completed our project in 3-4 days. The team was led by James and Joseph. All work was excellent right thru cleanup. Excellent job guys!

Follow Up: After my original post below, I was contacted by leadership. They sent an impressive, professional team that absolutely took great care of the problem. They did an excellent job and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. I wished this would have been done from day one. However, I feel now, I got my money's worth. The house foundation, the jacks installed, and the new humidifier have added a new life to my house. Great job! Original Post: $20,000 later and the condition of my house is as bad as the people from Foundation Recovery Systems found it. I hired them to assess, check and fix the sagging floors in my house due to a considerably amount of water in the crawl space. They determined the sagging floor was a no issue. While they were removing the water in the crawl space, they damaged the hvac hoses. They are now all over the crawl space floor, reducing the A/C efficiency and adding an additional repair expense. The floors are sagging even more after they "finished" their work. I contacted the leadership team, and their lack of response is truly disappointing. I DO NOT recommend this company at all. They give you this beautiful speech on how they are going to fix things. They also show you a nice movie and they even tell you that they are veteran owned business. I hope this is not the way they behaved and represented our country. Shame on them!!!
