Rose Animal Clinic is always wonderful to me and my 2 Goldens, answering all my question and addressing any concerns. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and caring. Taylor is my absolute favorite. One of my Goldens is a little anxious and Taylor can always keep her calm and happy so she can receive the best care. Thanks to the entire team.
I had the best experience at this clinic with my dog Minnie. The staff and reception was super friendly and informative. Minnie was struggling with some skin issues but now resolved since her visit. Minnie was a little nervous about her boosters. She was a little sore around her injection site on her hind leg but that’s to be expected! now that she’s back home, she is happy as ever! Thank you guys for the awesome care!
My experience with this vet was horrifying. I took my 6 yr old Pomeranian in for an allergy shot. Their website was down so they called me to get payment. They also said Coco is due for her rabbi shot we can do it today and you will save an office call. I said is it possible for an adverse reaction and the receptionist said absolutely NOT. SO I took her back and they gave her the rabbi shot. By next day my dog was a different dog. She wasn’t eating drink very little and having horrible spasms. The VET took NO responsibility and denied it could be from the shots. I have taken her to another vet and they said it was absolutely the vaccine. This place stinks all the time and all they want is your money. I would have given a 0 if I could. I will NEVER go back and if you are reading this I hope you find care for your baby somewhere else!!
One of our family pets (sir Winston) has been coming here for the last few months for his seizures and they have been so wonderful. Not only to Winston but to us as his owners. Truly, the whole staff has been so great to work with and are so positive. But I have to especially brag on Ashley….. PURPLE hair Ashley. This chick has been on her game with Winston and I know 100% she is is making sure he is loved and taken care of when he’s there needing care. She has welcomed me with open arms every time I have called or walked in the door (bawling and all). Seizures are a new thing for me to deal with so there is nothing better than someone having patience with you and educating you on them and that’s exactly what she’s done. Her and Dr.Key have truly done their best every visit to take care of Winston and way they can. I highly recommend this office and hopefully your lucky enough to have Ashley. 💜
This veterinarian is Awesome! They are very informative and treated the animals with kind hands. Price is very reasonable and you are safe to bring your pets to this veterinarian! They do good service.
I have brought my cat here twice. One time was for suspected urinary problems. Upon getting home with the medicine given, I noticed one was 8 years expired. I immediately called and explained the problem. After being put on hold, they finally said it was a “clerical error” and that they didn’t put the expiration date in correctly. I don’t see how that is possible as it was 2023 when it happened and the label said 2015? How is that an accident? Or even a clerical error? Then they offered for me to come back and get a new label printed for the medicine bottle. Ironic. I should’ve been offered a completely new bottle of the urinary medicine because how would I have peace of mind that it’s not expired with just a different label? The other was in March ‘24 for a routine rabies shot. I remember joking with my wife as we waited for the doctor to return that it was probably an expired vaccine, just like they gave us expired UTI medicine. Sure enough, the paper given to me had the lot expiration date listed almost a year ago, 5/25/23. I mentioned this to the technician and she took the paper and left. When she returned she said it was again a “clerical error” on their end. She even said “that was the expiration date on the tray, we are supposed to update them but we sometimes don’t.” They quickly updated the “error” and sent me on my way. But not before sneaking in a $60 comprehensive physical exam charge into my final bill that I was completely unaware of. In conclusion, I understand clerical errors happen and I also believe in second chances as that is why I came back for a second visit, but they are not on top of their responsibilities and I’m not comfortable with my cat being in their care anymore. For two expiration date errors to happen twice to me at this place in less than ~10 months, it speaks volumes of how this place is ran. It could be much cleaner in the facility and it is overpriced compared to other vets I have been to. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
