Usually a very nice place to visit, but they have recently placed us with various veterinarians rather than our original vet Dr. Mike Crecelius, who is very knowledgeable and professional. They also “temporarily”, for a couple of years now, moved quite a distance from where we live, which makes it inconvenient to visit.

If I could give this place/staff zero stars I would. What an absolute incompetent “animal hospital.” My pets would have better quality comfort at Petland any day. I brought my 2 year old dog in in July 2021 because his nails were randomly falling off. They told me because of “COVID” I had to stay in my truck and they would come out and get my dog and bring him inside to evaluate. I was hesitant but ok. Next thing you know they are calling me to tell me I need to come inside to put a muzzle on him because he is growling….. Important to note they only told me he was growling….. Me being a normal minded individual thought well no kidding, he’s with people who have masks on and are grabbing at his feet, which were in extreme pain, without his owner in sight…… Fast forward to this past week and today. My now 4 year old pup is due for his rabies shot and booster. First visit they take our dog back in a room without us because according to the them he was protective of his owner and would do better alone with their staff….. End result they told my Wife he needs to be on anxiety meds or fed tranquilizer shots while at their office. She declined the unnecessary meds and concluded the visit. So today, my Wife and pup are at the office for the follow up appointment. A “veterinarian” if you want to call her that walks in and when he tries to greet her, like a normal dog would, she backs against the wall with her arms raised up as if she is being viciously attacked… Then when my Wife being completely dumbfounded asked her what in the world is she doing and she proceeds to say that in the notes our dog has “lunged at the staff and pinned them down” so she was being cautious. Not once, not ever, have they ever told us he did anything of the sort nor would he, or has he ever acted in such a way. We have small children, we have had multiple pets in our home. Never ever has he acted aggressively. I understand it’s possible he could have been scared and growled at them, but that is not what was input in the notes, and definitely not how the vet perceived the notes. All in all for this facility to call themselves an “animal hospital” you would think their staff would be competent enough to comfort a dog or any animal to make them feel safe/secure. I don’t know what liberal institute their staff got their degree from but they clearly missed the dog training 101 course. Please just save yourself the time and take your beloved pets to more qualified/trained individuals. Your pets will appreciate it. Best regards, Our innocent falsely accused dog.

I've been coming to this vet for over 20 years, they have cared for my pets from start to end of life. They have always been caring and compassionate. I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else.

This was my first time using this veterinary and they were great! It was curbside but the vet called me, in my car that I was waiting in and told me everything in detail. She was very friendly, professional and complimentary about my dog! She told me my youngest dog had a double ear infection! They sent me home with all the medications we needed. The vet tech, Kelsy, was wonderful, friendly and my girl went happily with her! I feel comfortable going back to this veterinary from now on and taking my other two dogs there for their check-ups!
