This location has some great staff, but we had to wait a good 30 minutes to get a doctor when they opened. They try hard but I think they could try a little harder. I had a friend who had a dog here and they had to muzzle it and it’s a sweet dog so I would not suggest this hospital, if you need emergency care. Root care would probably be fine. No issues but emergency care. I would visit a different location. Staff seems to be getting better though so maybe it’s just a training situation.

My pets are typically patients at St. Charles Animal Hospital , but while they do construction we're seeing the same vets at Harvest Plaza. Great customer service, they always explain and show descriptions for every charge, and the doctors and techs are so friendly and knowledgeable.

My boyfriend and I took our 9 month old kittens for their first visit today and we were blown away with how helpful and nice the staff was! From the ladies at the front desk, to Dr. Katy Crecelius. She definitely helped calm mine and my boyfriends nerves when we found some inflammation in one of our kittens gums. So happy to have found an office that takes such good care of their patients and the patient's "parents". 😁

The entire team is helpful and energetic. During our visit, patience was at the upmost as they prompted my cat out of his crate. It is clear to see this is more than a job for this group. They truly love what they do and their patients.
