Great experience! Clean orderly store! Lots of help, even when it was very busy. Bought a birdcage that was set aside for me after calling ahead 2 days. Online price from PetsMart site was honored because instore price was almost double. Happy Consumer! Bird not from PetsMart.

Customer service is not great. I was not greeted by any of the employees, even though there were 2 at the front of the store standing around talking. Never once got asked if I needed any help even though several employees walked right past me. The only one who even acknowledged me and my kids was the Blue Buffalo rep, she was very nice. I get up to the cashier and she is not friendly at all. She looked irritated because my kid picked up a toy and was playing with it. I pay for my stuff and tell her thank you, she doesn't respond back just stands there looking like she wanted to roll her eyes and shoves my receipt toward me. They definitely need to work on their customer service skills at this location. I worked for Petco for 7 years and I would have never treated customers so poorly. Petsmart needs to get their act together.

I really love the groomers here. Courtney (spelling) has been taking care of my guide dog. She is excellent with the dogs and at her craft. The staff in the store is also very helpful and friendly. The store is well kept and has plenty of parking. Very handy stop if you're going to Walmart or Sam's club right by there.

Please head my warning and do not bring your dogs here. I have three rescues and my newest rescue is very skittish, and I answered all the questions honestly about his anxiety and nervousness. When Abby took him back, he was calm cooperative. Let her rub on him put the leash on him with zero problems. I advised this the first time he has been groomed and put a muzzle on him to see how he reacts reacts to avoid a possible situation then I get a phone call 15 minutes later. Kourtney had called and stated that they did not muzzle him and that he bit one of the Groomers. This was before they did anything and they were only doing a blowout. I asked why he was not muzzled and they stated they cannot muzzle him the entire time this was not asked at all. It was to assess the situation and protect everyone involved as well as well as my dog. I’m assuming they may matters worse because after they put him in the kennel after this incident transpired, then my dog had an accident in the kennel and they just left him and let him sit in it until we arrived. When we arrived, Kourtney, who I confirmed has no additional training besides being a groomer. Kourtney is not a tech or a vet, was belittling. putting us down and bullying us saying that our dog was an unhealthy weight. My dog was just seen by the vet and my vet had zero concerns. He is an Alaskan husky and they are much smaller than others. This dog was also the runt and as a rescue came from a very sad situation. There was zero reason for this behavior at all. I called to voice my concerns to Jacob who is the covering manager since the manager is on maternity leave. Jacob was clearly biased and sided with staff not listening to my concerns and how an employee placed herself in an unsafe situation that did not need to happen. Jacob consistently repeated that my concern was they stopped grooming and over and over I told him NO! My concern is that the staff did not listen to my concerns and put themselves in an unsafe situation that did not need to happen. That an employee thought it was okay to talk to me that way. Jacob stated although they do not have the education they have years of experience so can just tell when a dog is underweight….. it was literally excuse after excuse with zero accountability. I have filed a complaint with corporate and hope they do not do this to anyone else in the future.

We somehow always manage to run in there about 10 minutes until close! It’s usually just for dog food do we don’t dilly dally but the other day I went a little photo crazy with all the cool doggy toys they had to choose from! The staff is always friendly & helpful! We like to use gift cards that we get online & they know how to quickly & efficiently get us checked out! It makes things easier when everything is clean & easy to find! We head straight for our dog food!
