These people are fantastic! I called around places asking if they were accepting new clients but unfortunately they said no until i called VCA at the oaks. They got me an appointment asap and reassured me everything will be okay with my cat’s paw. Reception and techs were so kind and explained why my bill was this way rather than other facilities not giving me an explanation then making me pay without knowing anything. I 100% recommend this place and can’t wait to do more business with them.

Took our 4 year old dog for a routine teeth cleaning and she died under anesthesia. I can't help but feel like they had something to do with it. She was healthy and young and full of life. All I have now are photos a d guilt for taking her here. I feel like they gave her too much or didn't adequately watch her. I'm devastated. I immediately canceled my appointment for my cat.

I took my dog in for a simple exam for coughing and choking issues, and she was returned to me with blood shot red eyes, because she was muzzled without my authorization. I talked to a women named Jennifer. When I asked why she was muzzled without my authorization, I was told they couldn’t waste time to talk to me, and they were busy. I do not understand why they would mussel a small puppy who is already struggling to breath. I should have been called into the room. I asked to talk to a manger and was told that she was gone for the day, and they could not offer me a direct line to the mangers phone line. As well as they couldn’t provide me with a direct email. I was also told if my dog experienced any other issues pertaining to her eyes, then they weren’t liable. I was also not provided an after visit summary, and that I would have to wait 24hrs to receive a summary. I refused to pay their outrageous prices, after seeing how my dog was returned.

Great place to take care of your pet's needs. Have boarding and grooming in addition to vet services. We have our dog Barkley regularly groomed there and the staff always coordinates any upcoming shots and services with the grooming appointment which makes taking care of our dog very convenient and easy. Compassionate care and offered a free exam 18 months ago when we got our dog from the Kern shelter (the local shelters are great run by great people and volunteers - adopt a pet, don't go buy them).

Awful experience. The techs and receptionists were very nice, but the Vet was extremely rude and condescending, especially after I asked a question regarding why my dog was being prescribed antibiotics when no tests were run and no cultures were taken to determine whether she actually had an infection or not. Felt like they were just after my money. After reading previous reviews, I'm glad I did not decide to trust them further with her dental cleaning, especially after hearing how someone's poor sweet baby passed away after that exact routine procedure.

Dr. Sindu and his staff are the best!! He has done 2 major surgeries on my dog and he’s wonderful!! Caring and honest and those are the best qualities you can have! I can never thank him enough for what he’s done for me and my best friend - Chloe 🙏
