Our veterinary clinic recommended them for an emergency visit on Saturday afternoon. I wish I could remember the names of the staff that took extremely sweet and gentle care of our 26 year old cat to make sure she was comfortable. While we had to say goodbye to our sweet old kitty - the staff went out of their way to give the my family and I privacy and enough time to say goodbye. Truly above and beyond with their kindness and empathy. Thank you ❤️

My sitter took my dog to them when I was overseas. It was 7pm ET and my dog was ready to be released. Since I would be in the states the next day, I asked if I could call back in the morning and settle the bill then. Matthew treated me like a common criminal. He was abrupt and rude. I found a secure location to call from and paid the bill. When I tried to talk to Matthew about what just happened, and then said "I don't think you are hearing me" HE HUNG UP THE PHONE. Never again. Any good, albeit overpriced work they did for my dog is now completely overshadowed by his nasty and impatient demeanor. People like that should never interact with customers because they will destroy your business.

Saved my cat’s life. Diagnosed his issue accurately. They seem to really care. Only downside is cost but really, we are happy to have our old chap with us still. I’ve had 5 cats over the last 14 years and I’ve had them all (but the last one) eventually put to sleep at VCA when the time came. That process is an emotionally gutting experience and they do their best to comfort you through it and treat your pet with dignity. Memorial services are very nice for your departed pet as well. Overall can’t ask for more.

Avoid at all costs! What a bunch of con artists disguised as caring for your pet. We scheduled a nail trim and update our dog’s rabies vaccine. Declined all other shots and care this trip and they charged us an extra $100 “wellness and dental check” to do the vaccine. After we told them no to both a comprehensive and dental check because we go to our primary vet for that. Did not show my wife a copy of the receipt in person. It wasn’t until she got home that I received the email receipt with the hidden charges. Horrendous business. Take your animals elsewhere both for care and pricing.

They got my pup in fast. They were very kind and patient with my extremely anxious dog. Expensive but I don't think it's more expensive than other emergency vets. Get pet insurance!! Don't wait til there's an emergency. Thankfully I got 80% back when I filed my insurance claim.
