Dr. Neff is the BEST! He is so amazing with our dog. He spends a considerable amount of time with us discussing any concerns we have and is extremely patient with all our questions. We love him!

Great first visit at Crossroads Animal Care Center for my lil furbaby❣️🐶 Dr. Seligson was professional yet patient and knowledgeable. She helped me understand my lil senior Shih Tzu's heart murmur and the type of food he should be eating to not make things worse. She also diagnosed his lil hind leg(limping) as muscle sprain/strain from jumping up and down too much. Suggestions for treatment seem to help plus him being a few pounds less won't hurt either.😉 Thanks Dr. Selgiston, well see you in two weeks for a follow-up.🤞🏽🤗 7/3/23 Furbaby is officially 14yrs old now.🙌🏾❤️ However, with age there may be more health issues. This time I noticed blood in his hair on his private area😳 after potty. So off to the vet we go. This time we saw Dr. Neff for this possible emergecy visit and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very reassuring and efficient, which was so calming to a very concerned HuMom. I'll keep a close eye my Furbaby as the bloody discharge did not repeat. Thanks for another professional yet personable visit at Crossroads Animal Care Center.👍🏽🤗 12/26/23 Another great vet visit with Dr. Neff. What a wonderful clinic! From the vet to the front office staff, excellent! They took wonderful care of my two Goldendoodles and I witnessed them stop everything to help save a kitty who had jumped out of their carrier in the parking lot to help rescue it.

As always staff is the most welcoming, apologetic when taking longer than usual with updates, all are so nice!. Dr. Reppuhn is the best!. She is direct thorough and to the point. Friendly, efficient, and most important, took time to explain my pet's health issues and to recommend the most efficient and effective treatment. Was given a prompt appointment. Treatment done and received a call with full details. Received a full report again when I arrived to collect her. Additional, in-home, treatments recommended. So happy I took the recommendation for Crossroads and Dr. Reppuhn is outstanding.

Dr. Neff and the staff are absolutely amazing! The staff are friendly and always willing to accommodate. Whenever I call with a need or concern, they are responsive and willing to assist in any way they can. Dr. Neff recently met my two fur babies on two separate occasions and both times he was wonderful. Dr. Neff was very thorough and clear throughout our visit. Thank you for taking such great care of our babies. Excellent team!
