Staff is very friendly and understanding. Truly appreciate their hospitality and providing treatment for my 18 year old cat. Appointment was only 20 minutes but it was worth sitting over two hours in traffic. That is how I feel about their dedication and professionalism on providing quality care for my pet. The staff and doctors at Staples mill animal hospital are so kind and considerate of my dog’s specific needs. They really put me at ease during my appointment by making sure my dog was as calm and relaxed as possible since he is high anxiety. Dr. Nelsen and her assistant Audrey really made my experience so easy and stress free. I am so thankful for their help and will be continuing as a client with them with all of my pets. Love Staples Mills! Everyone is always very friendly and professional. Facility is clean and well organized. I just took my pup in for a checkup/vaccine update and the visit went smoothly just as it always does. We appreciate how knowledgeable every single member at the hospital was, including the front desk who let us know they do allow happy visits to help pups who are nervous have good experiences at the vet. They truly wanted to ensure the visit was as stress-free as possible for our dog and every decision they made during our appointment reflected that. Being able to stay with our dog the whole time and assist with body handling makes things much less stressful for her. Both our tech and veterinarian were patient as they discussed everything with us and made sure any questions we had were answered without feeling rushed. It had a friendly feel of a small practice and we are thankful to have them as our new vet after moving from a different state! They even gave us contact information for all the emergency vets in the area too!
