Occoquan Hospital is the best in the area. Used to be quiet little sleepy vet office now the phones don't stop ringing with lines of people with pets. That's because they don't nickel and dime you they genuinely treat your pets like it belongs to them personally and their care is top notch. Wish yall didn't know about my best kept secret however word is out so there it is. I've give them alot more than 5 stars if I could.

I love this animal hospital! The staff is very caring and helpful. Dr.Santangelo, took great care of Twinky during surgery. He was back to normal the very next day. They have really helped my dog out, and for that I’m very great full for this amazing staff and doctors. Thank you! ❤️

I have been going to Occoquan Animal Hospital for about ten years. I used to come in for Dr Morse who is honestly one of the best vets I have ever known and he was willing to treat some of my unusual animals. His wife was also an incredible vet. As I understand it, they sold the practice and it is under new ownership. I do think they might be a tad more expensive than they used to be but in all fairness everything is more expensive as of late. I recently came in with a sick elderly foster cat and we saw Dr Farge and I was so impressed with her. I have worked with animals ( wildlife, exotics and domestics) for 30 plus years. I am also a former Petsmart manager who dealt with Banfield Vet (whom I am NOT a fan of) on a daily basis due to them being in Petsmart. The office staff is very nice and accommodating, the rooms are clean, the vet techs I have encountered were also great, I really have no complaints about anything there and I’m pretty picky. Everyone is always talking about cheap vets And I don’t think there is such a thing, you get what you pay for. I have a quote I like to use and that is “no vets, no pets”. If you are not willing to get your pet the needed veterinary care, than you should not get a pet to begin with. I have only seen Dr Farge under the new ownership but I would recommend her to my family and friends. You can not go wrong here bringing your pet to this animal hospital 🐶🐱🐰🐿️

I’ve brought my dog and 2 guinea pigs to Occoquan. No matter which pet they had they were very through and caring. I have always felt they truly care about the health of my fur babies. They have been essential in my pets’ care
