I have taken our 3 dogs for different services; spay, neuter, ear infections... We have seen 2 of the vets; Drs Bernard and Gillum. They are both great with our animals, very friendly and appear very good at what they do. The rest of the staff is friendly and efficient. They have been able to get us in quickly when we have concerns. I recommend this practice highly.

They took wonderful care of our girl, she went in for a spay. They were nice to her and communicated with us all day. Some clinics can be a bit snotty, but they’re really cool. Price was fair, we will for sure go back.

Staff were all kind, friendly and helpful. Visit was quick and informative. Dr. Rosenaur was gentle with Max the nervous border collie and researched a specific treatment in light of his dietsry restrictions. And we didn't have to wait for weeks to get in for vaccine updates. Very pleased and thankful to find this office!

My dog died in your facility when I had her there for like doggy daycare I put you on yelp I shouldn’t even give you a star. I called the board a veterinarian so they can investigate. What happened to my dog Sofia she went in there fine and she came out dead. They never called me back ever until she was almost dead I’ve been telling everybody not to go there. They’re horrible. They don’t call you back ever. You’re on a trip and you animal and they don’t my other dog that I had there. Bella came out traumatized

The doctor knew almost immediately what was potentially going on with Gibby’s leg and recommended cost friendly ways to move forward and was very honest about potential next steps depending on how he does. She also recommended cost friendly methods to treat his allergies that didn’t involve rigorous testing or expensive medications, and his allergies have subsided soooo much. The doctor also caught an ear infection that hadn’t even been on my radar and treated it, and now his ears are perfect. We got an appointment for the next day when I called as a new client and new dog mom and Gibby LOVED his time in the office. Even after receiving a blood draw and vaccination he tried to follow the technician BACK to the treatment area. He’s made some new friends at the office for sure! The lobby was also very clean and had nice decor and a very sleek look, and there was a great amount of space between different seating areas for dogs that needed a bit more room for themselves. I appreciate that each exam room had an entrance from the lobby to prevent unwanted interactions between Gibby and other dogs, and that the treatment area could be accessed through the exam room. The exam room was very clean. Medford Animal Hospital will be Gibby’s primary vet.
