My cat is always treated kindly there. Both Jacquelyn and Dr. Gurney were thorough in assessing my cat’s progress since beginning treatment for IBS, and I received answers to all my questions. Also, because I was running out of prescription cat food, both of them checked the Petco store shelves for me without being asked, and Dr. G then recommended I check with a different local pet supplies store, where I was able to get the food that day.
