Took our Poodle-mix to be groomed. "T" is the best groomer in my opinion. Georgie looks great now. The only drawback is the price. It is really too much for us, but it is a necessity. We are retired and neither of us are in the best physical shape to groom him ourselves.

The employees are informed correctly about the animals they are handling. All of the animals are in adequate habitats that suit their needs and the animals look happy. Great selection of toys, equipment, essentials, and cages. The store is clean and has great service from the kind workers. The bettas are treated nicer than other stores. My single female living with some guppies shrimp and cories is living her best live and is soo vibrant!! 100% recommended.

We came in tonight because it was my niece's 22nd birthday. She is autistic and her mother wanted to get her her first pet. She settled on two anole lizards. I have to say that your employee Kim deserves a raise. She was incredible; her knowledge, demeanor, and even her patience with my niece, hands down- I was incredibly impressed. She made sure despite needing to take her break, that we were taken care of from start to finish without being rushed. We were able to acquire the lizards and the full setup needed to make sure my niece was successful in maintaining her pets. She is management material and you could truly see she took pride in her work. Thank you Kim, you made the birthday girls day with your kindness!

Hello, Today’s date is August 24th 2024, 9:17 AM PetSmart Medford. , I made a purchase in your store today and you must complement Tina and your store manager today they are giving the extra mile for your company. Your manager was in pulling a order for store pick up in plain clothes hustling away Although when I asked a question, I got full attention being in the business I asked kiddingly who didn’t show up today. Yes another call in although they kept a smile and kept it professional. It’s so hard I had to work through a corporate office that shut the doors on Friday night and reopen them Monday morning. I’m not sure what to do either but there are some people there you may lose if you don’t try your best to staff extra people to cover your business. Best of luck. Bite the bullet yes, your labor cost will go up but your floor level people will stay with you.

I always receive great service at this store, so yesterday when the service fell below the high standard they've set I took the time to call this morning and talk with the manager Guy. Not only did he listen with complete patience and not one interruption he also responded in an overwhelmingly compassionate and professional manner that not only ensured I would continue to come to PetSmart for my animals needs, but also helped me understand the people behind the titles and name tags. Thank you Guy and PetSmart! I shall return :)
