This place is terrible! The vet did not even do the proper basic testing to determine exactly what was wrong with our dog! Instead, she decided experimental treatment and surgery was needed. They quoted us $14,000 for these procedures at 2am and expected that fee up front. We felt they were obviously overthinking and not following protocol, and we decided to take her to our regular vet in the morning. The vet then encouraged us to allow them to euthanize our dog and stated they would do this for free. The procedure undoubtedly would have killed our dog, and they should have done a simple fecal test that would have shown that our dog absolutely did not need surgery and instead should have been treated with antibiotics and fluids. Our regular vet had a diagnosis in 15 minutes, and a week worth of treatment was well under $1000.00. This clinic is a training ground for those that want to play God and use your love for your pet to financially take advantage of people. Be aware and always get a second opinion from a vet that specializes in all aspects of pet health and well-being. Your pet deserves a second opinion! The state board of veterinary medicine should revoke their licenses, and they should be shut down.

I’ve had two cats spade here many years ago, and was grossly overcharged for extras I had no idea were extra (iv fluid for surgery, anesthesia, etc). I was overwhelmed by the end cost, but I let it go because I should have asked more questions and double checked on costs. Lesson learned. Now trying to get my dog neutered, calling around for prices, they were the most expensive (plus it can go up for whatever reason they said) and were very rude and left me on hold for 10 minutes on the phone. I will go to an animal facility that can respect their customers and their pets at an affordable price.

Got both of my cats neutered and vaccinated here and had a great experience both times. They were careful and kind. Overall I think they are a Wonderful clinic.

I've been bringing my fur babies here for years. Some needing specialized care for breed specific and dietary care, up to and including pain management. I trust Dr. Schroeder and her staff. They're very knowledgeable, and I have the assurance of my children receiving the best care around.

DVM was very dismissive regarding my wishes to create a healthier lifestyle for my dog by feeding non-kibble food, and made me feel stupid for doing research about different topics from spaying, to diet & exercise, to wound care. However, they were also very helpful in giving me a list of different things that they felt would be beneficial to my pup. Not sure if I'll be back, and will be exploring the cost-effectiveness of other vets in the area.
