Great experience. Very clean rooms. The staff there was wonderful, my dog managed to have fun at the vet. Doc is no nonsense, very pleased.

They saved my puppy from dieng she was in really bad shape if it wasent for them she wouldn't be with me today she had parvo and they prescribed her antibiotics and put her on iv fluids and it's been almost 2 weeks since and she did a complete 360 her health sprung back and she is doing phenomenal now. Her name is Ariel. And Thank you to the staff at Baseline yall saved my best friend my wife and I are forever grateful for that. The staff there was wonderful and extremely nice especially since I was a mess at that time I was so worried about her and they were very helpful and understanding. The rooms and office was very clean and tidy outside the office there was a nice grassy area. All in all I would deff recommend their services.

Used to be great but we won't be back now. Ashley at the front desk is rude and argumentative and giving out incorrect medical and prescription information over the phone and making it impossible to get medication. The medication we did get isn't even the correct dose so it doesn't work. Instead of consulting the vet about our concerns, she said to search the Internet for advice. Worst staff member I've ever dealt with in the 14+ years I've been going there. Not going to deal with her and not going back there. Update...had our new vet appointment today and turns out, there are several different options for dogs with dementia from medication to diet to mental stimulation activities. So Ashely, if you are going to pretend to be the vet and give out advice to Dr. Butch's patients, at least educate yourself on correct information instead of telling people there is nothing that can be done for doggie dementia. You are making his practice look really bad honey.

I've used Dr Aten off and on for many years and for many animals. I also recommend him to my local fosters and adopters when they are looking for good, solid, basic, vet work for their pets. He understands when a person has a budget, and he is willing to be as conservative, or as all-out, with treatment as the need may be. He consistently gives quality care and has quality staff. His main focus is not upselling and trying to force people into services they do not need. I do not appreciate vets whose main focus is sales, rather then the client and patient. With Butch you don't have to worry about that because he genuinely cares. One of the best examples of this is that he is still offering euthanasia at a reasonable rate. Sadly so many doctors now make this choice of mercy unattainable, due to cost, for the average pet owner. You can generally expect a great experience with average prices, availability, and wait times. All around a solid choice for your pet.

TERRIBLE!! Dr. Has absolutely NO CLUE how to administer a vaccine. He Jabbed the needle all the way in so hard in the wrong area way below the back of the neck and in the muscle where the shot was supposed to be given in the lose skin behind the neck. I was a Vet Tech since 1980. 30 years I worked In a Vet practice. This Vet knows absolutely nothing and hurt my little dog very bad where he screamed. Your not supposed to scream bloody murder, it should feel like a pinch if that. This Doctor must have gotten his license in a Craker Jack Box!! Stay far away from those place!! If I could leave zero stars I would!!!!

Highly recommend this great group of animal lovers, just moved to the area and needed an emergency visit for my cat they got me in and took care of the problem. The Doctor called every day with an update and advise. After my baby was home they called to make sure everything was okay. Thank You to the great staff
