Wonderfully compassionate, engaged, professionals is how I define my experience with the folks at Fox Creek Animal Hospital. The office smells great, is clean, bright, and modern with a flair of country style. The folks at the front desk or check-in area expressed sincere interest in what I needed, took some time with me explaining the process there, and in no time I was greeted by Emory, who kindly offered assistance with my kitty carriers, as I use a cane. Emory had some sort of magical kitty vibe that seemed to resonate with my orange kitty boys Samuel and Finnegan; the calm, kind, and patient demeanor won us all over. It was my first visit there and my first meeting with Dr. Eric Henze, who immediately put me at ease with his effervescent personality. He was engaged completely with my boys, yet able to clearly explain what he was checking for, and why, and what the outcome should be. Complete compassionate professional! My orange kitty boys, which are not small, melted like butter under his careful care; it was actually quite amazing. I am very grateful, and I will be continuing to receive care for my boys here at Fox Creek Animal Hospital.

Fox Creek is a beautiful and more importantly clean animal hospital. Our vet Eva was calm and so gentle when examining our kitty Noah, even though she had to deal with an emergency pet prior to our appointment. We were patient to wait, as it could have been us. Nice to know they will drop everything to care for an emergency. They allowed us to wait in our exam room. That made the lengthy wait better for Noah and us. He loved the "kitty box" in the room and went to sleep. Thank you Fox Creek!

We recently moved to Ocala and needed to find a Vet. Our rescue dog Cooper is very excitable and most people are afraid of him. He is 86lbs and looks a bit intimidating. We have a really hard time bringing him into a vets office, most patrons clutch their dogs when we walk in. This was our third visit to a new Vet in the year since we moved here. The Vet (Corie) sat on the floor with him to treat his ear infections and didn't immediatley grab a muzzle to put on him.....finally Cooper felt loved and safe at the Vet! The staff was so kind and wonderful. Fox Creek treated us so kindly and Cooper felt really loved there. Cooper will be going to Fox Creek from now on!
