They saved my baby's life. I'm very lucky and grateful that they helped me in the way that they did. They were all extremely friendly, professional and caring about all of their patients and clients. Thank you Dr. Street and all of the vet techs who helped us!!
I love this place! Super clean AIR CONDITIONED barn, the staff is always so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond for your horse! Everyone is so kind and patient with the horses and Dr. Tainter is knowledgable and always willing to teach and explain what she's doing. Whenever I call, Lori is always friendly and helpful - I can't say enough nice things about the entire staff!
This UF vet clinic is great. They are professionals. The staff, doctors are great. One of our dogs has special needs and we are truly blessed to have them to help us keep her healthy. Thanks for the service you provide UF.
We have used WEC UF Vet now 2 times for emergency care and I could not be happier. Professional and caring staff, let’s not forget to mention the “hospital setting” clean facilities. Very safe environment.
Best Groomer and Vet Dr. Howe!! Our Poodle does not get all nuts and they take good care of her there!
We have 10 cats all rescues and our own vet wouldn't see us for an emergency and said two plus weeks out. We have been with our vet for 10 years. Our cat was having problems peeing with small amount of blood and we took her there and they were amazing! The vets and the staff are absolutely hands down so caring and helpful and to be honest the price is extremely fair! Both times our cat had an accident in her carrier from being stressed and they jumped in, cleaned her up and helped with the huge mess. We went back a second time and they put her on 2 weeks of antibiotics. After doing research online I found hill's prescription c/d urinary care cat food and did my research and nothing but positive reviews that can clear crystal within 7 days ( fingers crossed) so I called my reg vet and explained the situation and asked if they would approve it. They said no even though we had paper work from Wec for our cat showing what she is being treated for. Plus since we rescue so many they know us! I then called UF at WEC and explained that my vet wouldn't approve it and asked them if they would since they have seen her twice. The girl who answered the phone said np at all and walked me through what to do! My husband and I at that point made the decision to make them our new permanent vet! To us, our fur babies are our children and we need a place that cares, can be seen if an emergency, fairly priced since we have so many rescues and just the piece of mind that this place truly puts all our pets at a high priority! So, we are hoping that this new food along with her antibiotics will help her. Again, thank you so much to all the staff for everything that have done for us and our fur babies! My husband and I hope that everyone there at WEC all know how much it means to us to know that they are all in amazing care! Hands down, this is the place to take your pets!!!
