Saved our poor Johnny's life! We brought in our 5 year old cat Johnny for severe urinary blockages and decided to do the PU surgery. Dr. Gail did an absolutely amazing job, reasonably priced compared to others, and gave us a peace of mind regarding every detail of Johnny's condition. Long story short, Johnny is now fully recovered, healthy, and is back to his happy life herding the chickens! We highly recommend this clinic if you have a similar situation.

I really cannot speak highly enough about this vet! We took our first Boxer here for years for vet check-ups/boarding and never had any issues, so I'm happy I brought my second Boxer here as well! Took my Boxer here for a second opinion on an issue he was having. We saw Dr. Brauer and I was so happy with the results! After spending a ridiculous amount of money and being dismissed at the other vet, we were finally able to find out the real issue at this clinic. We were given a visit, a bunch of medicine, and a shot to help his urgency all for less money AND he is finally feeling better! I am so happy he is gaining weight back and I can tell he is returning to his happy and goofy self. We also had wonderful customer service. Both Dr and and the vet assistant were so friendly and I felt that they were actually listening to the concerns I had. Thank you Paddock Park Animal Clinic for your help...I will definitely be coming back here for any future visits!

I have had my pet Doxipoo with this Veterenary Clinic for over 4 years. The facility is clean and the staff is courteous and professional. My scheduled appointments were always adhered to punctually. Dr. Devos provides thorough exams, explains diagnostic procedures and expected outcomes in great detail. He sets the example for being the best veterinary medical provider I have ever interacted with in my 67 years. This practice, the staff and Doctor deserve 10 stars!!! Thank you..

I would like to offer a suggestion for improvement based on our recent experience. Today, we arrived promptly for our appointment, as we understand the importance of being punctual. We understand that occasional delays are inevitable, but when the wait extends significantly beyond the scheduled time,”45 minutes to 1 hour” it can be challenging for customers to manage their day effectively. We recognize the demands of your schedule and the unforeseen circumstances that can cause delays. Perhaps there are ways to better manage appointments or communicate any delays to clients, which could help improve the overall experience for everyone involved
