Do not call these people very unprofessional. Called to get some assistance with a bird nest in front of my front door so closed to the door it's possible for the bird to enter my home. Also Diving at my 3 year old when we come to our front door. She proceeded to tell me oh they just dive they don't attack. Said there was nothing I could do then proceeded to mock me because it was a dove. Not sure when society started chooses an animals over toddlers. I get we need to protect wildlife but at what expense of our children? I am sorry I will choose my children every time. Then Lisa sent me a message thanking me for my address and phone number. Now do I need to get a restraining order? I hope they do background checks on these people. Will be calling to report this matter just in case this person is a stalker.

These people are amazing! We had a mamma duck and her little babies in our backyard. We are surrounded by three busy roads and they were no where near water. They responded right away and able to take them to a nearby water source in less than 24 hrs after I initially contacted them. Thank you again to the response team for your help and professionalism.

My friend and I saw a pelican on the beach that was having trouble walking and I contacted Tidewater Rehabilitation and Environmental Education. They got in touch with a wonderful volunteer, Erica, who came to the rescue and was able to safely capture the pelican and take it to be checked out. I was so impressed by and appreciative of their prompt response and concern for the pelican, as well as their knowledge and skill. I am looking forward to visiting this facility in the near future, as well as making a donation to such a worthy organization!

Responsive service. Careful handling of the injured wild animal. A quick and professionally gentle inspection of the injury, and I was told a plan of action before handing the critter over. Was told to check in a couple days. Hoping for good news, and based off the care so far, I am hopeful.

My dog got hold of some baby bunnies late night. Luckily I got them before more damage could be done. I called this place an hour before closing and contacted me back very quickly. They directed me to a specialist to treat the the small cottontails that was near me. The animals are healed and taken care of and released back into the wild. Tidewater rehabilitation cares more about the animals.

My son and I accidentally caught a small turtle in our bait trap. He was deprived of oxygen for a long time and barely alive. We brought the turtle to Lisa who brought him back to health and even met us so we could watch him being released back into the wild. She seriously cares about animals and is very knowledgeable.
