We were a client at Princess Anne Veterinary Hospital for approximately two years before we lost our sweet guy. Within the last year or so the quality of service and compassion provided has dropped steeply with the exception of a few vet techs. Appointment time availability varies with the ability to get in on the same day sometimes or calling and not being able to get in for weeks. Follow up calls for blood work or fecal exams are non existent, even in situations where concerns were brought to the veterinarians attention. While I’m grateful for the good times and good vets we saw early in our time as patients at Princess Anne vet, corrections need to be made to bring the practice back to what it once was.

This vet staff took us in when we needed them most; when our own vet was not available. We had two labs, age 12 who were at the end of their lives and everyone here treated us like family! We now have a new puppy, started at 5 weeks and honestly we can't wait for his appointments! The minute we walk in the door it is such a welcoming experience and usually the staff ends up spending so much time with him! The doctors are so patient to answer all our questions and give us guidance! You can ask the techs for advice too; they're all wonderful. Best vet hospital we've ever had!!

We love everyone at Princess Anne Vet! The front desk staff is very friendly and organized. All of the Veterinarians are very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. We especially love Dr. Dalton. You can tell she loves our big goofball (Bernese mountain dog) and is passionate about what she does.

I cannot recommend PA Vet Hospital enough. I was referred by a friend. Post covid healthcare and vet care has been hard in general, but at PA I have experienced excellent communication and great care for my dog Chancellor. He had to get teeth removed and PA is now his regular vet clinic. I won’t take him anywhere else!

Great hospital with great doctors and vet techs. We took our puppy for a new client/wellness exam and we were given all the information needed and he was greeted very well. They were very accommodating with the prescriptions we were using and have an online portal for easy ordering. Dr. Butala was amazing, very patient with all our questions, and answered all of them very thoroughly. She was very gentle when examining our puppy and he was very calm during the whole exam. This will be our place to go to for the rest of our time in VA.

This office and the staff are amazing. When my dog was sick and no one else could see him last minute, they were able to squeeze us in. The vet and the tech helping us were so professional and kind and really cared for my dog. They didn't try to include unnecessary services and talked through EVERYTHING with me to make sure I was aware of how they intended to examine/treat my dog as well as cost. Would highly recommend!
